Childs Easter Bonnet Craft
Instructions:
Draw a 12 1/2″-diameter circle of paper with compass; cut circle. Cut six 14″ strips of paper 1 1/2″ wide. Place strips evenly across circle and secure with a bit of tape at each end. Spray fuchsia stripes, let dry and remove paper strips. Spray both sides of paper twist ribbon, 2 doilies and a muffin cup (see photo, opposite bottom left, for colors). Make 2 large (about 6″) paper twist bows; make a muffin-cup flower by grasping the center and shaping the paper. Cut to center of a painted doily. Form fan by making 1″ folds; repeat for second doily. Glue green 1 1/2″ satin ribbon for ties, Glue on fans, bows and flowers.
