You can easily organize and store your ribbon spools using a curtain tension rod.

Use an inexpensive, thin tension rod to organize your spools or ribbon. You can slide the holes in the center of the ribbon spools onto the tension rod and hang it up in a cupboard, a windows sill, or any place else that has two supports.
